TOWER CVPM, Owner/Hospital
Administrator
Diane, daughter of Dr. Richard Lindsay, joined
the practice in 1981 as a manager, and since then
has worked to become a CVPM (Certified Veterinary
Practice Manager). She is the sole owner of the
practice.

MARILYN
KEITH, Lab and
Surgery Technician
Marilyn had worked at various animal hospitals
before coming to our Hospital in 1976. Her strengths
are undeniable as a technician in surgery and
the lab, especially microscope work where she
has taken many continuing education seminars,
and enjoys doing cytology. Her outside interests
include breeding and showing Sphinx cats - a "hairless"
breed.

ROBERT
KEITH, Lab Technician,
Purchasing
Our longest continuous employee (since 1962),
Bob keeps the lab and x-ray developing equipment
in shape, works the lab, and handles the inventory
and medical purchases. He enjoys the challenge
of new products and how they will fit into our
Hospital. His outside interests include cats, photography, and model planes
and cars. |

RON, Maintenance Manager
Employee since 1964, Ron keeps the kennel top-notch,
and does much of our general maintenance, helping
to keep our facility one of the best in the country
(in our modest opinion). |
KATHY
McCADDEN, Certified Vet. Technician, Kennel Manager,
Receptionist
Kathy primarily works with new employees,
and trains technicians in new protocols.
She started out in reception and kennel,
and now works
in the
treatment
room
and reception.
A great cat restrainer!! And enjoys working
with feline behavioral issues and kitten
raising, and teaching clients how to introduce
new cats to a household. Kathy also
likes working with client
communication
and education. She is good
with most pocket pets
, can
draw
blood, place IV catheters, and
administer medications. She is very patient
and can work well with clients. Kathy is
also good with dogs (but has some difficulty
restraining large dogs due to the fact that
most are bigger than her). |

CATHY
B., Certified
Veterinary Technician/Technician Manager
A 1999 graduate, Essex Agricultural and
Technical Institute with a degree in Veterinary Technology, Cathy works as a senior staff technician in our surgery, treatment, and lab departments.
Starting out as a receptionist in 1996, Cathy now rotates as a lead supervising technician in all of our hospital departments. She attends annual continuing education in the veterinary field and enjoys taking time off to travel and enjoy the outdoors, and to spend time with her dog, Jessie. |

Anne D., Technician
Anne has been a technician with us full-time for over 17 years, now she still works one day a week in our in-house laboratory.

VICTOR, Treatment Technician
A 2005 graduate from Greater Lawrence Technical high School, Victor started in animal care in July 2004, where he worked his way through our various departments including surgery and room technician responsibilities until he became a fixture in the treatment area. Along the way he learned excellent phlebotomy skills (administering intravenous catheters) as well as radiology, surgery, and administering medications to hospitalized animals. Victor is excellent with restraint and can handle all kinds of animals, including reptiles and birds in addition to dogs, cats and stray wildlife. He is also a valuable asset when we need bilingual skill. In his spare time you could find him fishing!! (in the summer time). |

ASHLEY N., Surgery & Treatment Technician
Ashley is a 2005 graduate of Essex Agricultural High School where she majored in Veterinary Technology. Starting in Animal Care in 2005, Ashley is now working full time as both a surgical and treatment assistant.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her two dogs, Brutus and Tyson, a cat Max and her rabbit Bugsy. |
