Diane, daughter of Dr. Richard Lindsay, joined the practice in 1981 as a manager, and since then has worked to become a Certified Veterinary Practice Manager. She is the sole owner of the practice.


Administrative Assistant

Also a longtime employee, having been with us since 1988, and a keystone in our daytime staff, Joyce does a great job with our clients. She loves working with animals, and also deals with accounts receivable, supplies, reminders, doctor scheduling, and handles nutritional questions as a certified Hill’s Pet Food Nutritional Consultant. Her outside interests include bowling, reading and her grandchildren.

Leigh Ann has worked with us since 1995. What can we say – we love her.



Kaitlyn graduated from the University of Connecticut with a BS in Animal Science. She went on to manage an equine breeding facility in NC before returning to the northeast. Kaitlyn then managed a horse farm on Cape Cod and worked with both small and large animal vets before joining us here in Oct 2017. Kaitlyn has 3 cats and a horse. When not at work you can find her riding her horse, skiing, or hiking.

Cathy B.


A 1999 graduate, Essex Agricultural and Technical Institute with a degree in Veterinary Technology, Cathy works as a senior staff technician in our surgery, treatment, and lab departments. Starting out as a receptionist in 1996, Cathy now rotates as a lead supervising technician in all of our hospital departments. She attends annual continuing education in the veterinary field and enjoys taking time off to travel and enjoy the outdoors.


Susan started September 2001 and came from a hotel background. She currently is the room tech manager and is also at the front desk. She loves to help out clients and their animals! Susan has 3 pets of her own- 2 cats Maddie and Ziva and Letty a german shepard. In her spare time she loves to spend time with her family and going on trips to national parks.


A 2005 graduate of Greater Lawrence Technical High School, Victor came to Andover Animal Hospital on a co-op job, where he discovered his love for animals and has been with us ever since. Victor currently works in multiple departments including surgery, room tech, and treatment as a skilled veterinary assistant. Victor is now the kennel manager and treatment manager. Not only does he excel at blood drawing, x-rays, and administering medications to sick patients, but he is also bilingual and able to translate calls and instructions to the Spanish speaking community. In his free time, Victor enjoys camping and hiking with his 3 dogs. He also owns a hairless Sphynx cat.


Kristen came to us in 2006 with a growing knowledge of household pets and exotics. She has quickly progressed and now works in multiple departments including room technician, surgical assistant, treatment and the lab. She is a lover of all animals big and small. Her love of animals can be seen in the variety of animals she keeps as pets, 2 dogs, 5 cat, 2 rats, 1 sulcata tortoise, 8 ball pythons, and axolotls. In the summer you can find her up in Berwick Maine running practices for Seacoast Dockdogs. Keep and eye out for her and Patches at a local Dockdogs event near you!


Kerri has been with us since 2006. She mainly works with our doctors in the exam room area but can still be found a few days a week in our surgery department. She loves working with cats and has a passion for working with exotic and avian patients.


Ashley has been working with us since 2007. She is a valuable asset to our hospital in inventory and in the kennel. Ashley orders all our pet food and is in charge of special orders. In the kennel she keeps things running smoothly and is experienced in handling and care of just about any species we see!

Anne D.


Anne had been a technician with us full-time for over 17 years, now she still works one day a week in our in-house laboratory.



Certified Master Groomer

Deb has 30+ yrs experience in the grooming industry. She is Master Certified by the NDGAA and currently grooming small to medium sized dogs at AAH.


Chris began working with animals in 2005 after completing a degree in computer science. Chris earned a certificate in zookeeping, animal handling and training from a non-profit exotic animal rescue in Washington state before traveling the west coast working as a big cat trainer, zoo keeper, and educator of many variety of wildlife. Chris came back to the East coast in 2015 to be closer to New England again and currently likes to spend his free time training with his German shepherd Chacco.


Bryana is trying to be the best dog mama to her rambunctious 5 year old german shepard/ lab mix. She loves going to the gym, traveling and meeting new people. Bryana believes that laughter is the best medicine! Bryana is proud to be able to say she is doing what she loves and loves what she does at AAH!


Heather is one of our surgery and treatment technicians. She has been working in the field for over 10 years. She has 8 chihuahuas and 2 cats! Heather loves her job and when not at work she is reading and spending time with her animals!



Karen Gianacoplis is a CVT who has been working in the veterinary field since 1984.  She is a 1983 graduate of UNH with a BS in Animal Science. A die-hard Patriots fan,  Karen also enjoys mountain biking, horseback riding, hiking and travel.  A horse owner for many years, she currently enjoys the company of the horse she leases and her cat Saffron.

Kennedy Rebello

Kennedy is one of our treatment, surgery, and room technicians. Her love for animals started at a young age that then grew into a passion for the veterinary field combining her love for animals and medicine. You can find her giving cuddles to all the “bully breeds” as she goes out of her way to say hi to them and give them some extra love. Kennedy enjoys hiking and spending her free time with her fur babies pictured above.

Corina Houdlette

Corina started working here in the summer of 2020. She has past experience with customer service as well as working with wildlife rehabilitation centers. While she has gone to college for Biology with a focus in Marine Biology, she mostly uses that knowledge to share fun facts about sea turtles and fish.

Cassie White

Cassie currently works at the front desk as a Client Service Representative. Cassie is a recent graduate from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and got her Bachelor’s degree in Public Health and Health Sciences and a minor in Psychology in 2020. Cassie grew up in Western MA and has always been passionate about animals since she was little. In her free time, Cassie enjoys painting, hiking, and spending time taking care of her tuxedo cat, Santiago. Cassie enjoys coming in to work each day and looks forward to assisting with your pet’s care!


Alley Boisvert

Alley has been in the veterinary field for nearly 15 years. She comes to us with experience in emergency, shelter and specialty medicine. Alley has worked in various roles in veterinary settings. She enjoys connecting with our clients by supporting their needs and educating them on their pet’s health. Alley is an avid football fan. You can find Alley at home with her family when she’s not working at AAH. She shares her home with her daughter and her cat Church.


Elsie Washburn

Elsie graduated in 2017 from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo with a B.S. in Cellular and Molecular Biology. After living in California and trying many different things, Elsie is excited to be training as a veterinary technician at AAH. When not working Elsie enjoys reading, outdoor activities, yoga and playing with her cat, Salt.


Lyza Parsons

Lyza graduated from Simmons College in 2015 with a degree in Nutrition and volunteered with animals in her free time. After working in her field she realized that she wanted to make working with animals her full time job, not just her free time. She was responsible for convincing her parents into adopting two dogs and four cats (over the years) from the shelter. In her spare-time she still volunteers at an animal rescue. She and her fiancé live in Ipswich; always with a foster cat or two.

Jessica Delisle

Jessica Delisle is a Billerica resident who also enjoyed living in Atlanta Georgia for many years. She has a degree in business management but her true passion is veterinary medicine. Jessica started in a local medium size private practice which led her to Mass Vet Referral Hospital in The Emergency and Critical Care Department, where she still works per Diem. Taking the skills she learned with the goal to grow more in a clinical setting, Jessica is thrilled to be part of the team as a treatment technician. In her spare time, you can find her glamping, hiking, enjoying photography, and caring for her two dogs, five cats, bird, and snake.
