Alana came to us new to the veterinary field but brings a wealth of knowledge in the customer service industry, having been in it since 2006. She is a member of our customer service team and has really enjoyed learning all the aspects of the veterinary industry from her Andover team. When she is not at work, Alana loves pottery, reading, gardening, cooking, and has recently discovered a love of stained-glass artwork. At home, Alana has a chatty tuxedo cat named Daisy; Benny, her long-legged little man; Charlie, her West Highland terrier; a fish named Greg; and a snail named Jolene. She would also like to remember her sweet Jerome, “Jerry,” an orange tabby that was the most special companion she has ever had, who passed last year at the old age of 21.
